Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,916/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $82,806 in Ontario. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

Used to live on the Sunset side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The pet-friendliness is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
