Hi all, You can expect to pay around $1,225 for rent here. Median household income is $31,680, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
