Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $213,700 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
