Longtime lurker here, Household incomes average around $116,945 in Orange. Rent is about $2,252/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
