Working remotely from Orange — my experience

I've been working remotely from Orange for 6 years now. Here's my take:

The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.

Cost of living: a bit high but manageable
Internet: Fiber available in most areas — no complaints
Coworking spaces: Limited but the library works in a pinch

If you're looking for a place to WFH, Orange is worth considering.

As someone who moved here from Boston, I can confirm most of this. The weather surprised me the most.

The job market has been improving lately. Several manufacturing companies moved in recently.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is the west side tends to be more affordable. Makes a big difference.

Check out the Midtown area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Been here 20 years. The city has changed a lot but overall for the better.

The food scene here is seriously underrated. So many great restaurants.

Don't sleep on Westside. It's up and coming and still affordable.

If you can afford it, Old Town is the best place to live. Period.
