Hey everyone, I'm single, late 40s, and The median home value here is around $241,800, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. Crime rate is something to consider -Orange City sits at 201.3 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
