Orange City quality of life -am I missing something?

Hey, Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $815 for rent here. With a population of 6,312, Orange City is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.
