I relocated for work and It's a a small town city with about 14,251 people. You can expect to pay around $2,016 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
