Anyone work in healthcare in Orange?

Hello, You can expect to pay around $1,032 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 15 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Dallas it's tough.
