Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2008. The unemployment rate is 5.7%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 19,178 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
