So, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $252,800, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $252,800 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
