Considering Orangeburg vs San Francisco -help me decide

First post here. Homes are going for about $145,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $765 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Korean places. it's been a really good experience overall.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
