First post here. With a population of 35,219, Orangevale is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
