Considering Orangevale vs Raleigh -help me decide

Alright, I'm single, late 30s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 35,219 people. Household incomes average around $98,158 in Orangevale. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Orangevale? TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
