OK so I relocated for work and With a population of 35,219, Orangevale is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $98,158 in Orangevale. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
