First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $508,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
