Hey everyone, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $286,500 on average. With a population of 3,193, Orchard City is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
