First post here. I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $437,100 on average. Household incomes average around $96,893 in Orchards. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
