Co-working spaces in Orcutt?

Hey, Been living here since 2010. Rent is about $2,094/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Orcutt? Cheers.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The community vibe is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Cedar Grove) is stable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Seattle, be prepared for the culture shock. dating scene is completely different here. And Rising rent and home prices.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
