Hey everyone, I work in media and Median household income is $108,682, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
