Things Orcutt needs to improve

First post here. My partner and I are Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $108,682, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this?

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..
