Best neighborhoods in Orem

I'm retired and Household incomes average around $81,292 in Orem. Median household income is $81,292, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 97,048, Orem is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 10 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
