Hello, Household incomes average around $81,292 in Orem. Rent is about $1,405/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
