Orem is underrated, change my mind

I keep seeing people overlook Orem when talking about great places to live. With a population of 97,048, it's big enough to have everything you need but small enough to feel like a community. People are genuinely friendly here. Weather is moderate — about 51F average.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Pine Grove and Highland Park are perfectly safe.

Rent tip: look for places in October-November. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Coming from Dallas, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are cheaper.
