With a population of 97,048, Orem is a smaller city. Median household income is $81,292, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
