OK so Been living here since 2006. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $439,000, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
