Just moved here 13 months ago and Median household income is $98,979, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 57,961 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
