Hi all, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 73°F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $359,000 on average. Poverty rate is 12.6%, which is around average. Median household income is $69,268, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
