Healthcare options in Orlando?

Hi all, Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 73°F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $359,000 on average. Poverty rate is 12.6%, which is around average. Median household income is $69,268, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I'm a chef and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much reasonable but now it's improving.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The walkability is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Old Town. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in real estate. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
