Starting a business in Orleans?

Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $960 for rent here. Homes are going for about $542,500 on average. The median home value here is around $542,500, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The cost of living is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
