Hello, My partner and I are The median home value here is around $320,300, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Moved here from Tampa about 2 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to walkability but Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if pet-friendliness matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Minneapolis it's underrated.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons
- The walkability scene is solid
The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Homeless population growing downtown
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.
