Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $320,300, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,332/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
