Working in Ormond Beach -salaries realistic?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Ormond Beach sits at 302.2 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The dating scene is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much established but now it's tough.
