My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Ormond Beach sits at 302.2 per 100K. Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned?
