Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $350,900 on average. Rent is about $1,370/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
