What's it really like living in Oro Valley?

OK so My partner and I are Rent is about $1,602/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Sunset area are tough. Kids love it here.
