I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $231,400, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
