OK so I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $1,074 for rent here. Median household income is $51,893, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
