Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. You can expect to pay around $1,351 for rent here. Homes are going for about $381,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
