Cheapest neighborhoods in Osborne?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Kansas City and You can expect to pay around $580 for rent here. Median household income is $48,333, which feels on the lower side for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Would love some local perspective. TIA!

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
