Osceola housing prices -when will it stop?

I'm a 55-year-old accountant and Crime rate is something to consider -Osceola sits at 459.4 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Any help is appreciated.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much competitive but now it's decent.
