With a population of 1,172, Oskaloosa is a small town. Homes are going for about $145,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
