Best companies to work for in Oswego?

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a social worker who relocated here from Denver about 13 years ago. The main reasons were weather and family.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Four distinct seasons
Cons that are real:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options
Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are competitive, gas is challenging.
Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Definitely worth checking out..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.
I've been here 3 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is better than expected.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
