Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's surprisingly good for what you get.
Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in retail. If you're in consulting you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Italian.
