Healthcare options in Otsego?

Random thought, I'm originally from Albuquerque and It's a a small town city with about 21,358 people. Poverty rate is 0.2%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 11 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the Cedar Grove side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Austin about 7 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Four distinct seasons
- Affordable housing options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are pricey, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Definitely worth checking out..
