The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great Southern places. I genuinely enjoy living here.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I genuinely enjoy living here. Internet is solid in most areas.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to San Diego it's better than expected.
