Anyone work in healthcare in Overland?

I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $121,500 on average. Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Overland sits at 343.8 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 14 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
