So, I relocated for work and With a population of 197K, Overland Park is a mid-size city. It's a a mid-size city city with about 197K people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
