Hey folks, Been living here since 2012. It's a a small town city with about 12,430 people. The median home value here is around $249,500, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
