So, Crime rate is something to consider -Overlea sits at 1,338.5 per 100K. Median household income is $86,296, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 12,430, Overlea is a small town. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
