Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 12,430 people. Homes are going for about $249,500 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
