Top 5 things I love about Overlea

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here?

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Indian places. it exceeded my expectations.
